The process of inter-provincial medical treatment in different places is as follows:

1. Appointment registration: Patients can make appointment registration through the Internet platform for medical treatment in different places or by telephone, and choose their own hospitals and departments for medical treatment.

2. Arriving at the destination: After the patient arrives at the medical destination, he needs to go through the registration formalities at the telemedicine service window of the hospital and provide relevant documents and materials.

3. Confirm the diagnosis and treatment plan: the hospital will make a diagnosis according to the patient's condition, formulate a treatment plan, and report it to the medical insurance department in different places.

4. Reimbursement of medical expenses: The hospital will report the medical expenses to the medical insurance department in different places, and the patient needs to provide relevant information to pay part of the personal medical expenses within the specified time. After the medical insurance department reviews, it will reimburse some medical expenses that meet the requirements.

The materials required for reimbursement of medical treatment in different places are as follows:

1, basic material. Under normal circumstances, the reimbursement of medical insurance in different places needs to provide hospitalization medical records, expense lists, original vouchers of medical expenses, proof of discharge conditions, including course of treatment, medical insurance card, my bank account number, ID card, household registration book, transfer procedures or certificates, valid hospitalization certificates and other materials;

2. Long-term work in different places. A copy of the valid labor contract signed by the insured and the employer, the medical insurance record book for medical treatment in different places or the certificate of assignment of the unit and related materials shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit and the business license of the employer;

3. Living in a different place for a long time. If the place of residence is the place of household registration, provide a copy of the relevant household registration certificate; If the residence is a non-registered residence, the original certificate of continuous residence for more than 6 months or a copy of the temporary residence permit issued by the police station, street or neighborhood Committee where the residence belongs shall be provided. For employees who have lived in different places for more than 6 months continuously, the original information statement issued by the unit and a copy of the applicant's ID card are required. If it is entrusted to others, a copy of the client's ID card shall also be provided.
