(1) Adhesion and separation of foreskin and penis head: Before circumcision, check whether there is adhesion between foreskin and penis head, and if there is adhesion, separate it first.

(2) traction and fixation of foreskin: put foreskin in a natural position, and clamp it in the dorsal middle part and the ventral middle part with two vascular clamps, and the distance between the two clamps is about 0.5.

(3) Vertical incision of dorsal and ventral foreskin: The assistant presses the penis root with his left hand to temporarily stop bleeding. Then lift the two vascular forceps in the middle of the dorsal side, and the operator cuts the foreskin longitudinally between the two vascular forceps with scissors until it is 0.5 ~ 0.8 away from the coronary sulcus.

The imperial edict then lifted two vascular forceps in the center of the abdomen and cut the ventral foreskin in the same way. The length of the foreskin at the frenum is slightly 0.2 ~ 0.3 longer than that at the back.

(4) Circumcision of foreskin: After vertically cutting the dorsal and ventral foreskin, the penis head and crown groove can be exposed. Pull the two vascular forceps on the right side, and cut longitudinally from the back of the foreskin with scissors, 0.5 ~ 0.8 away from the coronary sulcus.

Cm cut off the long foreskin until the ventral longitudinal incision. Then pull the two vascular forceps on the left and cut off the foreskin on the left side in the same way.

(5) Ligation to stop bleeding: After circumcision, the assistant relaxes his left hand, quickly pushes the foreskin down to the penis root to expose the wound, and ligatures the bleeding point with 3-0 filament thread.

(6) Suture incision: sew the inner and outer plates with the foreskin aligned. Sew 1 needle on the tie pad with thin thread, then stitch 1 needle at the center of the back and the center of the left and right sides respectively, tie a knot with four needles, keep the tail of the needle, then add 1 ~ 2 needles between every two needles, and cut the needle after knotting.

(7) Dressing the incision: Fold the vaseline gauze into strips and wrap it around the incision of the foreskin, and then tie it with a thread tail with 4 stitches to fix it. Then wrap the oil gauze with gauze and fix it with adhesive tape. The penis head should be exposed.
