How to choose automatic threading machine?

There are so many kinds of screwdrivers on the market that our customers can't judge how to choose a good automatic screwdriver. In fact, only four steps are needed:

Step 1: Check whether it can be screened: abnormal screws such as flash, flat head and big head may appear in actual production. Grab an irregular screw and put it in the hopper. If the screw machine can automatically screen out the special-shaped screws during operation, there will be no jamming phenomenon, which is to meet one of the conditions for making a good screw machine.

Step 2, check whether it can be replenished: when we do the first step, there will be a gap after the screw machine automatically screens a special-shaped screw; If the system can be replenished in time, there will be no gap. This is the second condition of a good screw machine.

Step 3: Check whether the teeth will float: Some manufacturers have enlarged all channels in order to let the special-shaped screws pass smoothly, which will make it difficult for the electric batch nozzle to align with the cross groove of the screws, causing the teeth of the locking screws to float and increasing the number of defective products.

Step 4, check whether the feed is repeated: sometimes the previous one is not locked, and when you touch the signal, another screw will be sent, that is, two screws will be brought.

So if you choose to automatically lock the screw machine, just follow these four steps: automatic screening, automatic feeding, with or without floating teeth, and repeated feeding. If these four steps are completely passed, then this is a perfect screw machine.
