You can ask others to sign for it for you, that is, let your classmates who live near the school collect it for you. Or let the seller change the address and refuse. The following are the latter two methods:

Method 1 change address

Just contact the seller's customer service, send him your home address or the address where you can receive the goods now, and ask him to send it to the courier for modification, and then transfer it from the school address to the new address, and you can receive the goods at the new address. There is no extra charge for changing the address.

Method 2 Rejection

You call the dispatcher and tell him that the parcel can't be signed now, so don't refuse it. The courier will feed this back to the site and the package will be returned to the merchant in the way you said above. If it is rejected or returned by courier, you need to apply for a refund on the system yourself, otherwise the money will not be refunded to you no matter how long you wait. Here are the steps to apply for a refund:

1, open Taobao and click My Taobao;

2. Find the option to receive the goods;

3. Find the order and click the middle position of the order to enter, as shown in the figure;

4. Find the return entrance and click;

5. Because the goods were not delivered, I chose the first one and wanted a refund (no refund);

6. The status of the goods is not received;

7. Reason for choice: I don't like/don't want it;

8. Submit the application after selection.

Wait for the seller to give you a refund. If the seller refuses, you can apply for customer service intervention.
