To understand why life is meaningful, how to enrich life with wealth, how to make wealth more meaningful than just money, and how to deal with deeper things such as wealth and personal life and social relations, you have to be an entrepreneur. Obviously, entrepreneurs can gain something from management, while businessmen only get money. The more confused entrepreneurs are, the deeper they understand life and wealth, which gives people a bit of a "mysterious" taste, which is actually closer to the Tao.
