How to burn a CD?

We often encounter problems of one kind or another in our life, but nevertheless, we should solve them seriously. Today, I will tell you how to burn a CD on your computer so that you can know how to operate it yourself.

1, first open my computer, then find the drive, click the right mouse button and select the pop-up option in the menu bar.

2. At this point, the drive will pop up. Open the newly bought CD into the computer's optical drive (CD-ROM drive), and then close the CD-ROM drive.

3. When the CD-ROM drive is turned off, the information displayed by the CD-ROM drive is the information of the CD. My CD is a CD with 700 megabytes of memory ... The next thing to do is right-click and select the open option in the menu bar.

4. A dialog box will pop up asking how you want to use this CD. Here, I choose to use its CD/DVD player and named CD, and then click Next.

5. This is the page that shows dragging files to this folder to add them to the CD. At this time, we can drag the files we want to burn here or copy and paste them as needed. After dragging, the file to be written to the CD will be displayed at the top of the window.

6. At this time, we can click the right mouse button in the blank space of the window and select the option of burning to CD. Other systems may have this option at the top of the window, just click it directly.

7. A new dialog box will pop up. We can name the disc, choose the burning speed, and then click Next to start burning.

8. At this time, there will be a progress bar showing the progress of CD burning. After the burning is completed, you will be prompted that the file has been successfully burned to the CD. Click Finish.

Finally, when we open the CD again, we can see the files we have burned in it. These files can be viewed, but not edited.

One-time recording of optical disc

When using "Burn CD Once", the whole CD will be burned at one time without stopping the laser emission. In the process of "once burning CD/96" (DAO/96), more data will be burned, which makes the results of operations such as copying CD more ideal.

Note: When burning music CDs, VCDs and super VCDs, you should always use "CD Burn Once" even if you can choose "Track Burn Once". I suggest that you don't use "burn tracks at once". If you want to copy a CD, you'd better use "CD once burn /96".

* One-time recording of tracks

When using "One Track", each track will be burned separately, that is, after each track is burned, the laser will be turned off.

The essence of disc burning skills

Faced with more and more data information, ordinary floppy disks and external hard disks can no longer meet the requirements of computer users, and more and more users begin to use optical disks to save those huge data information. However, burning a CD is not a simple matter. Poor operation may lead to "disk failure and machine crash". In order to help you reduce unnecessary losses when writing CDs, the author summarizes some practical experiences and lessons here, hoping to help you.

1. Other programs will not run during burning.

If we pay attention, we will find that the normal operation of the optical drive will slow down the running speed of the computer. Using CD-ROM to write to CD-ROM will consume more system resources. If other programs are run at this time, data transmission may be unsmooth, and in severe cases, the system may be busy, slow in response or crash. Therefore, in the process of recording, try not to execute other programs, such as closing screen saver, timer alarm program, automatic dialing, automatic access program and other programs that may be triggered to run.

2. When starting to burn, try to use slow speed.

Although the popular burners in the market all support writing optical discs at a speed of more than 4 times, too fast speed may cause instability in reading and writing data, which may easily lead to interruption of recording data and even damage to optical discs. In addition, the high speed of CD-ROM recording may cause great noise in the process of data transmission, thus affecting the final CD-ROM recording effect and performance. So when we start trying to burn, we should first use a slower speed to see if there is any noise or other unstable factors during the burning process. Once an accident happens, we can take timely measures to remedy it without damaging the CD. When setting the recording speed, the general recording software will provide several options such as 1 double speed, double speed and quadruple speed. We'd better choose 1 double speed to start recording.
