Should the husband tell his wife's faults, shortcomings, mistakes and complaints in front of his parents-in-law?

Of course not. A thoughtful man should know how to protect his wife's dignity, especially in front of his family. On the other hand, so is the wife. You can't say your husband's fault in front of your parents-in-law.

We are all ordinary people, so each of us has shortcomings and makes mistakes. When your lover makes a mistake or has any bad shortcomings, communicate privately, tell him and let him correct it.

Marriage is happy only if it is based on equality, mutual love, mutual understanding and tolerance.
