Although it is also a retirement method for active duty officers to change jobs to civilian posts, it can also help units solve the problem of annual retirement indicators, but I personally do not recommend this option, mainly because:

Although civilian personnel are not active military personnel, with the normalization of civilian personnel management in the next step, I believe that there will not be much difference in education and management between future and active military personnel. For example, you have to attend various trainings, be on duty, and so on. Slowly, all the work must be accompanied by a civilian team.

Many people choose to retire from active service in order to change their working environment and lifestyle, so that the state of tension has been alleviated for so many years, but they still stay in the army after changing jobs. The same working environment and mode, on the one hand, lack the pressure of role transformation, on the other hand, feel that they have lost the significance of choosing to retire.

Some things are known to all. Many times, what the policy says can be done does not mean what the result will be. To give the simplest example, for example, civilians can participate in the distribution of welfare housing, but can civilians rank ahead of active military officers in the distribution? Many times, there is a big gap between policy and reality.

Finally, according to my own personal experience, it is very good for active officers to choose to change jobs when they retire and plan to be placed in the local system. In any case, they retained the status of cadres within the system. At least now, civil servants and career editors can work until retirement, giving them a stable guarantee for the rest of their lives.
