Do you have any unique body expressions?

People are very lively when they talk. Not only are their words more vivid, but their body movements are also more vivid. Since it is a peculiar way of body expression, it cannot be said to be body language. In my opinion, it is just some natural body movements when people are chatting and talking. Let me talk about some other physical expressions that I have encountered around me.

I think when people are talking, if you observe carefully, their facial expressions are very rich. What impressed me most is that I have a younger sister at home who likes to roll her eyes when talking. Especially when you encounter opinions that are inconsistent with hers, or ideas that she disagrees with, you can clearly feel her disdain for you by rolling her eyelids while talking.

There are also some people who move their mouths obviously when speaking. I know a distant sister-in-law. Her biggest pleasure is talking about the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. She always discusses the topic of her mother-in-law not helping to take care of the children with everyone. When she spoke, her mouth movements were particularly obvious, and her upper lip turned upward. Sometimes, I listen to her talk and look at her mouth and wonder if she talks too much and complains too much. Moreover, the facial features that were originally pretty became less beautiful because of the mouth.

Some people dance when they get excited when talking. Such people are too immersed in their speeches, as if they are afraid that others will not understand them, and start to use body movements to match their speeches. I have an uncle who is like this. He often uses his hands and feet when talking to people. Sometimes he is so dizzy when he dazzles in front of you, but he still says it very excitedly.

I once had a colleague who always liked to talk with his hands crossed when communicating with people, especially with unfamiliar people, which always made people feel a little defensive. Later, someone who studied human resources and had studied a little bit of psychology analyzed it with him and wondered whether his maintaining that posture was a sign of distrust of people.

There are also many people who like to shake their legs. I also can’t understand why so many people like to shake their legs. Regardless of whether they are men or women, some people like to shake their legs when they are sitting and have nothing to do. Some people also like to shake their legs unconsciously when chatting with others. Although many people know that this action is impolite, few people seem to be able to control it.

There are also some female friends who like to touch their ears or lift their hair when they meet the object of their admiration. Some people say that these two actions are ambiguous actions.

I once read some books on behavioral psychology, which said that a person's body movements can reflect a person's psychological activities. However, due to my limited level, I can remember too little. It would be quite interesting if my friends who like it can find some psychology books and periodicals to read.
