Review of Beijing Museum of Natural History

Today, the weather is sunny and sunny. Our school organized us to visit the Beijing Museum of Natural History.

Next to the teaching building, a large row of buses have been on standby. As soon as I got on the bus, my heart was like a galloping fast horse. I hope the heavy car body will start soon. On the way, I couldn't help looking out, eager to see the words "Beijing Museum of Natural History".

When we arrived at the museum, our first stop was the exhibition of primitive mammals. Aunt, the commentator, introduced us to the evolution of elephants, horses and rhinoceroses, telling us that they gradually became flexible from short to heavy. Then, we saw a machine that can measure your weight and compare it with prehistoric creatures. So we weighed several heavyweights together and had a fight with Mamen Xilong, but it was still more than 200 times worse than us. Then we went to the room of aquatic animals and saw prehistoric creatures, such as trilobites. Through a mirror, we can see various changes of several aquatic animals. Although we can't name them, we all watched them with relish for a long time, marveling at the wonders of nature. Then, we went up to the second floor, walked upright and saw the scene of ferns in their heyday. Trees of different shapes appeared in front of us. Next to the tree, we can see dragonflies with big horns. It's terrible. Walking on, we gradually move from ancient times to modern times. We saw the nests of modern animals, such as beavers, who put their round heads out of the water and greeted us in a friendly way. Later, we saw the homes of many land animals, such as wolves, deer and tigers. Although they have strong reproductive ability, their numbers are gradually decreasing due to wanton destruction, which has aroused our concern. Finally, we went downstairs to a modern creature's room, experienced the owl's vision and got in touch with all kinds of strange modern creatures, but it wasn't long before it was time for the party, and we reluctantly walked back to the party.

This visit to the museum has taught me a lot about the structural characteristics and evolution of living things. Although it's not my first time here, I still feel very novel this time and consolidate my knowledge. It's a pity that I didn't visit the dinosaur room, but if I have time, I will definitely come back to this museum to learn more about biological mysteries.
