How does a letter from Dongting Lake to Premier Zhang express the poet's thoughts and feelings?

The poem expresses the poet's hope that Zhang Jiuling will quote it by describing Dongting Lake's sigh in the face of huge waves and deep sea. The first four sentences describe the magnificent scene and momentum of Dongting Lake, while the last four sentences express their political enthusiasm and hope.

Zhang Bao of Dongting Lake is the work of Meng Haoran, a poet in Tang Dynasty. The full text is as follows:

The autumn water rises and almost blends with the shore, mixing water and sky with the sky.

Ozawa's water vapor transpiration on the cloud soil is white, and the waves seem to shake the whole Yueyang.

I'm going to cross the water to find a boat and paddle. It's a shame to return home in the sacred age.

Sitting around watching other people's hard river fishing can only envy the fish caught in the fish.

In August, Dongting Lake rose almost as high as the shore, and the water and sky were indistinct.

Yunmeng Ozawa's steam transpiration is in vain, and the stormy waves seem to shake Yueyang City.

I want to cross the lake, but I can't find the boat. I'm ashamed of the wise king in Ming Sheng's time.

Sitting and watching how carefree the fishermen are, it's a pity that they can only have empty thoughts.

The first two sentences explain the time and write the vast lake. The lake and sky are integrated, and the scene is vast. In Han Xu, high altitude is contained in water, that is, the sky is reflected in the water. "Mixing too clearly" means that the water meets the sky. These two sentences are about standing by the lake overlooking the lake, making Dongting Lake extremely cheerful and turbid. Wang Yang is vast, connected with the sky, with lush flowers and trees, which can accommodate large and small rivers.

Three or four sentences continue to write about the vastness of the lake, but the eyes are from far to near. From the lake, I can see the scenery of the reflection in the lake: the water vapor hanging over the lake evaporates and engulfs the clouds and dreams. "Cloud and Dream" are the names of two ancient lakes. It is said that Yun Ze is in the north of the Yangtze River, while Mengze is in the south. Later, most of them silted up and became land.

When the southwest wind blows, the waves rush to the northeast shore, as if to shake Yueyang City. "Clouds and smoke, across Yueyang" is similar to Wang Wei's poem "People's houses seem to float in the ripples of the distant sky".
