Of course, some families are more difficult, so the state can stipulate that they should be returned to the hospital in stages, which can reduce the loss of the hospital and reduce the economic pressure of the family. The state can designate a bank to provide loans in this respect, and guarantee low-interest or interest-free loans to family members to solve the major problems of hospitals and family members.

At the same time, I think the state can allocate funds to hospitals. For example, some people with difficulties simply cannot afford the expected expenses of hospitals. This is the national finance or local finance. Part of the medical expenses can be paid to the hospital first, and then the family members can repay the national finance slowly, or countries with special difficulties can reduce it.

I think social sponsorship is also a good way. Hospitals can set up relief funds, and society can donate money. This fund is specially used for hospitals to help some people with family difficulties. At the same time, the fund must be supervised by a third party, which can also solve the patient's first aid problem. At the same time, the hospital will not be cheated. Through the above efforts, the current problems may be solved!
