From July 2065438 to July 2005, 9 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning caused by eating "grilled fish" were treated in this hospital. At 6 o'clock in the evening of July 20, Ms. Xu's family in Xiamen was eating grilled fish from the restaurant in Jiangtou's rented house. As it was very hot, they turned on the air conditioner, leaving only a small crack in the window. 1 hour later, a family of three felt dizzy and weak. Ms. Xu fainted to the ground, and her neighbors called 120 for help. She escaped from danger after being rescued. On August 5, 20 14, 14, two families hid at home and blew air conditioners to eat grilled fish, and four children were poisoned. After being sent to the hospital for examination, all the children were poisoned by carbon monoxide, but fortunately they were out of danger in the end. 201June 19, a couple ate grilled fish with air conditioning on in a hotel in Tongan. As a result, the woman vomited and was unconscious. After examination, she was poisoned by carbon monoxide and was rescued.

Causes of carbon monoxide poisoning

Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless and non-irritating gas, which is not easy to be found after leakage, and it can easily cause acute carbon monoxide poisoning in human body under the condition of poor ventilation. In a closed or poorly ventilated room, eat hot pot and grilled fish with a charcoal-burning fire pot. It is easy to burn insufficiently, which will lead to the accumulation of carbon monoxide.
