During operation, instruments and intraocular lenses should be prevented from contacting corneal endothelium, and viscoelastic agents should be used to protect corneal endothelium to avoid washing anterior chamber for a long time. Dealing with the contact between vitreous body and corneal endothelium as soon as possible after operation can greatly reduce the occurrence of persistent corneal edema after operation.

(5) Anterior chamber epithelial implantation has poor therapeutic effect and poor prognosis. Once the diagnosis is made, the deep sclera near the incision of the diseased area should be removed immediately, the hyperplastic epithelial tissue behind the cornea of the diseased area should be frozen, the diseased iris should be removed, and the diseased ciliary body should be frozen or removed. In order to ensure that the vitreous does not adhere to the cornea, anterior vitrectomy should be performed.
