Why are brand-name shoes so expensive?

Adidas and Nike are the sports giants in China, and they have done a lot of advertisements. Coupled with the brand spokesperson and the brand's unique characteristics and technology, the price of each pair is very high. It is not unreasonable to add money blindly, but joint shoes are just like that, but they are collectible and so expensive as hunger marketing.
