First, let the frozen pangasius melt naturally. Pangasius is very tender and will break easily if cut thinly. Therefore, cut the melted pangasius into diagonal pieces. If it's snakehead fish, just fillet it.

First sizing, that is, add a little old wine, salt, cornstarch, and stir the fish pieces evenly. The purpose is to remove the fishy smell and make the fish meat more tender and delicious. Then put it in the refrigerator for later use.

Wash and cut the sauerkraut into sections, wash the soybean sprouts and enoki mushrooms and set aside. After preparing these, I thought: Just cook some rice and some green leafy vegetables at night. So, I read the book with peace of mind.
