At the beginning of school, I was shocked because not only did I have to learn the content of each poem in the Book of Songs, but I also had to learn to copy and recite. First of all, let’s talk about handwriting. My handwriting has always been ugly. When I write it horizontally, I usually go up the stairs. It’s sloppy and not straight enough. When I saw Teacher Yanzi’s handwriting, my eyes lit up and I was shocked. It’s so beautiful! I made up my mind to study hard. Teacher Yanzi recommended pens and copybooks, so I immediately bought 4 boxes of pens and 40 calligraphy books. I still remember that when I handed in my homework for the first time, I wrote the word wrong, and the word "鑑" was missing a dot. The president was so sharp-eyed, and he obediently accepted 30 rewards. I was quite confused, and found that carelessness is not just for children.

After that, I became more attentive. I copied it in advance to familiarize myself with the strokes of the familiar characters. When I received teacher Yanzi’s calligraphy demonstration stickers and videos, I watched them carefully, copied them repeatedly, and observed each character, dot, vertical, horizontal, and strokes. At this time, it was Teacher Yu and Teacher Wu who encouraged me with their warm comments. Teacher Yu not only comforted me, but also analyzed the poems for me sentence by sentence. Teacher Wu asked me not to be anxious and read again slowly and accept it. They even laughed at their own words to encourage me despite my imperfect selves. I am grateful for their love, patience and never giving up for this person I have never met. The president also gave me timely encouragement and made me feel calm. past. So, I calmed down and slowly found a suitable learning method. First of all, I must read the poems well, and secondly, I must concentrate.
