Moisturizing cream or Lv is better for preventing hair loss?

Neither of the two effects you mentioned is very good. I suggest you take a look at the contents:

1. Mulberry hair growth cream: Mulberry 200g, Polygonum Multiflori Radix 150g, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata 300g, and proper amount of honey. Mulberry, Polygonum Multiflori Radix and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata are decocted in water for 3 times, the juice is concentrated, honey is added and boiled into paste.
