Why do people grow up?

If people don't grow up and society doesn't progress, human history will be rewritten from now on.

People will grow up. When they grow up, they are no longer inexperienced children, carefree and innocent, but more responsibilities, more lives and more pressures. However, today's children have been under pressure since childhood, and they are not as naive as before.

When I was a child, I hoped I could grow up quickly. I thought I could control many things by myself when I grew up, and I was no longer controlled by my elders. I thought I could be free. But when I grow up, I realize that the adult world is complex and dark. If you can't do something you want to do, force yourself to do something you don't want to do. The corruption of society is clear at a glance, there is no fairy tale world, only cruel reality! After many failures, many lessons and many troubles, people have grown up. Since the reality is hard to change, why not change your mind? Growing up isn't that bad after all. When you grow up, you can contribute to the society, you can be more capable of helping others, you can have a family and children, it will be a happy thing to find someone you like and live with someone you like. Having your own family and children is another layer of happiness.

Grow up or not? What does it matter? Wouldn't it be better to let go of your mood and live a wonderful and happy life?
