Why do Shanxi people eat flower rolls on the twentieth day of the first month?

Shanxi Jinnan has the custom of laying scrolls on the twentieth day of the first month. On the twentieth day of the first month, almost every household in Shanxi has the habit of spreading rolls and eating rolls (also called spring rolls).

Near this day, people will stir white flour into a thin paste and spread pancakes like paper in the pot for later use. Mix bean sprouts, vermicelli, shredded pork, dried bean curd, kelp, leek, shredded radish, etc. (You can choose different dishes according to your taste.) The stuffing is ripe for use.

When making a roll, cut the pancake in the middle, line up the mixed stuffing on the cut pancake, roll it up and pile it up like a bag full of grain. Worship ancestors and send friends and relatives.

When eating, put the roll in the pot and fry it while it is hot. Treat them with vinegar, garlic or Chili sauce and fresh soup. They are nutritious and delicious. This custom is still very popular in Shanxi.

What's the point? People are used to saying it's the day to make up the position, while adults say it's the day to make up the position to worship the gods. After searching online, I found that the 20th day of the first month is the day to wear (to commemorate the goddess), and the day to fill the warehouse is the 25th day of the first month.
