The above is my summary of this internship. During the five-week internship, I found myself with many problems, mainly in the above three aspects. Let's start with the basics. First of all, the basic knowledge of electrician is not reliable enough, including the principle characteristics, working environment and practical application of basic components such as resistors, inductors, capacitors, crystal diodes, triodes and thyristors (for example, the bridge is the practical application of diodes). ); For example, once we went to the computer room, we heard a relay constantly making noise. The master asked us, "Do you know why? What should I do if this happens? " At that time, we were dumbfounded and didn't know! In fact, this is also very simple, because this relay uses alternating current, which has zero point. After zero point, it needs a closed-loop iron ring to generate an induction motor to maintain it. In fact, this is in books, but we haven't read it, and we didn't realize the importance of this knowledge when we were studying the course. In class, my thought was, is there anything to learn here? Isn't it all written in the book? I was wrong again. Having books doesn't mean that we know books, because when we encounter practical problems, we often rely on our own memory and knowledge to solve them. I don't mean to turn over books when I encounter problems, but I still don't like what the teacher says in the book in class at all. I think we can understand many things in books by ourselves, and only some knowledge points need to be selected by teachers. Once, the master showed us a large capacitor and found it a bit dangerous. We didn't figure it out for a moment. As a result, the master said that the voltage of the large capacitor was very high, and it was still charging during the power outage, so don't think that you can touch it when the power is off! We didn't know all this before. In fact, if the teacher asks us in class, he will give us some questions that we will understand at most. Why not talk about it, talk about it in the book? These details are hard for us to think of ourselves! We're embarrassed. After all, we have studied for several years and have some theoretical knowledge. Why can't we even answer these questions for a while? There is also a transformer. Sometimes I think it's simple. It's just a coil wound around the core! But I still feel that I am still lacking in this respect. No questions can be asked for the time being. I think we should go to the library to look for some books to increase our understanding!
Secondly, I don't know much about motors. In this regard, the school has no special courses. You can only understand it through your own extracurricular reading, and your own efforts are not enough! For example: the working principle of the motor (its start, stop and speed regulation, etc. )! Wiring (about wiring, I think about how the power of the power plant director is output, especially what the "five wires" are like. I still don't know! ), motor bearing and its heat dissipation, etc. I don't know much about frequency converters, and I feel I can't start! I don't know! I think an energy converter like a motor is the biggest power source in life. Why don't we learn to tell us? Regarding the frequency converter, I think it is very important to adjust the speed of the motor. Why didn't we learn? ..... Many of them have to blame themselves for not working hard! But I believe that when I realize this problem, I will master some of their knowledge points in a relatively short time! In the process of internship, almost all the problems related to this aspect are speechless. Why? Because I have never touched it, I have no right to speak!
Thirdly, the understanding of programmable controller is not deep enough, including its hardware structure and programming. For example, what kind of software program and hardware control do they use to realize elevator deceleration level, door opening and closing and other functions? This is the most important problem I encountered during my internship. I think if I can understand this, it will be much easier to carry out fault analysis and system analysis, because the normal work of an elevator is the coordinated operation of all parts! They are interrelated. If there is a problem, you can solve it well by carefully thinking about things related to this function. I should strengthen programming and practice, and learn the hardware principle and common components of programmable controller. I've been doing this work for some time, and I believe it won't be long before I can basically master this knowledge! I think this knowledge is the foundation of our bank's future development, and it is the most important! I think this is also the application foundation of some other electromechanical industries!
Finally, the basic knowledge of machinery is unreliable. For example, when the door is closed, how do two safety contact plates prevent them from touching when the door is about to close? At first, I thought that the two safety contact plates were directly short-circuited, so the contact would not work, but the fact is that I was wrong. The situation is this: at the moment when two safety contact plates are about to contact, it lifts one safety contact plate with the lifting wheel, so that the other safety contact plate is still working, which increases the safety factor. Also, when talking to the master about the motor, I feel that I don't have a deep understanding of turbine and worm drive, so I still need to take time to think about it! Knowledge about machinery is also very important in mechanical and electrical equipment, but I don't think I will specialize in mechanical technology, so I don't have high demands on myself in terms of machinery. I think I just need to know some basic knowledge about mechanical transmission, such as how to transform circular motion into linear motion, how to realize mechanical interlocking, how to realize automatic closing of hall door through mechanical principle, how to realize mechanical reset, the reason of bearing noise, its lubrication and heat dissipation, and gear transmission. I think my focus is on electrical and mechanical knowledge. I just need to know, I don't need to delve into it!
From the attitude towards work, I don't have a particularly recognized industry, mainly because I don't know anything about it. In my opinion, it is much easier to engage in related industries related to my major. As long as I make achievements in any one of them, it will be much easier to engage in other related work, that is, "all rivers run into the sea"-all knowledge of electrical equipment is interlinked. At this stage, I will strive for all the jobs related to my major. Once I decide that Mongolian work is a good starting point between my two roles as a student and a social worker, I will devote myself to my work and strive for success, and I will be able to stand in society for two to three years. The test of reality for me is whether my own heart can calm down and learn to think without a definite job. Once you are impetuous, you will be in a state of high ambition and indecision. I feel that I don't have a suitable job and I don't know what kind of job I want, which will seriously affect my future employment and study life! I feel that some students around me sometimes have this tendency when they speak during their internship, and this tendency must not be spread! I think we must follow our hobbies and values, and never do something we don't like and then keep asking ourselves to stick to it. I think as long as I realize the value of one thing, I will do it enthusiastically and will not think of any persistence. I think this is a natural thing.
It is really difficult to maintain a positive attitude towards work and life, enthusiasm and vitality. Sometimes you will be enthusiastic when you figure it out, but after a long time, you will gradually lose your passion. I am thinking about how to restrain my laziness and keep a good mental state: one is to exercise, and the other is to communicate with energetic people. Exercise can change our mood, communicate with energetic people and see what others can do, which can inspire us. In fact, I didn't do enough in these two aspects, so I didn't actively strive for positive performance during my internship. In real life, I sometimes let a lazy self dominate me. I know I'm not doing well and I don't want to promise anything. I believe that anyone who realizes the importance of this period before employment will know how to choose. I believe in myself!
In the process of internship, I think rich extracurricular knowledge is also very important. It is really a powerful supplement to work and career besides professional knowledge! First of all, we should understand the related mechanical and electrical products, and then we should understand sports, current affairs, stock market, entertainment and so on. Having some understanding and opinions about them will help us communicate with others and improve our social literacy!

First of all, talk about my major. Electromechanical integration technology is a comprehensive technology that organically combines mechanical technology, electrical and electronic technology, microelectronics technology, information technology, sensor technology, interface technology and signal conversion technology, and is comprehensively applied to practice. Modern automatic production equipment is almost all electromechanical integration equipment.
It is reported that China electromechanical design has entered a new stage of PLM, facing unprecedented and unpredictable challenges. This internship, with questions such as what is measurement and control technology and instruments, what kind of work this major is suitable for, and what is the future of this major, has deeply practiced electrician technology, electronic technology, mechanical design foundation, machining machine tools, machining technology and numerical control technology. Recognizing the employment situation in today's society and the demand for electromechanical integration technology.
Come to the first-line workshop for production, really do it yourself, and be familiar with all the operation processes in the workshop. This made me understand the production mode and technological process of modern machinery manufacturing industry. Familiar with the main molding methods and processing methods of engineering materials, the working principle and typical structure of the main equipment used, the use of fixtures and measuring tools and the safe operation technology. Better understand the knowledge of machinery manufacturing process and the application of new technologies, new processes and new equipment in machinery manufacturing.
In the workshop, the friendly old master never left my side and taught me the specific operation, which enabled me to have a preliminary independent operation skill on the main forming and processing methods of engineering materials and understand the processing flow of general parts: blank-marking-planer (with machining allowance left in the process)-rough turning-heat treatment, tempering-semi-finishing on lathe-grinding. I am also very grateful to them for giving me such a good chance to practice with my own hands.
Because I have been in the production workshop for a long time, I know more about books. In the process of understanding, being familiar with and mastering the necessary engineering basic knowledge and operation skills, I have cultivated, improved and strengthened my engineering practice potential, innovative consciousness and innovative potential.
The carefulness of the master in the workshop also makes us understand that we should pay attention to details and not be careless. At the same time, it also cultivated my strong and unyielding nature and the belief of never giving up!
Factory leaders always remind me of safety and quality problems, which also makes me understand the importance of safety and cultivate and exercise the concept of labor, quality and economy. In this internship, the discipline requirements are very strict, so the factory specially formulated the student internship code, and at the same time strengthened the requirements of cleaning the machine tool site and observing the safety operation rules of various types of work, which played a very good role in promoting the cultivation of students' comprehensive engineering quality.
Soon I will step into the society and face employment. Although I have completed the task assigned by my unit, it is not enough for me to graduate soon, because I am about to become an ordinary member. The employment unit will not tell us the work to be done in detail like the teacher, but more need me to observe and learn by myself.
