New regulations on retirement seniority salary

The new provisions on retirement seniority wages are as follows:

1. For employees who have worked in this company for one year, the monthly salary is 50 yuan;

2. The monthly salary of employees who have worked in our company for two years is 100 yuan;

3. The monthly salary of employees who have worked in this company for three consecutive years is 150 yuan;

4. The monthly salary of employees who have worked in our company for four consecutive years is 180 yuan;

5. By analogy, for every year of working in this company, the monthly salary of seniority will increase by 30 yuan. A total of ten years capped;

6. If the employee leaves for more than 15 days in a row or more than 30 days in a year, the length of service will be cancelled according to the treatment of new employees and the length of service will be recalculated (unless specially approved by the general manager);

7. If the employee is reinstated after resigning, the original length of service will be cancelled and the length of service will be recalculated according to the new entry time;

8. The length of service is not calculated during the probation period.

The retirement age is as follows:

1, male cadres and workers are over 60 years old, female cadres and workers are over 55 years old, and female employees are over 50 years old, with continuous service or working years 10 year;

2. Employees who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, heavy manual labor and other jobs harmful to health, men are over 55 years old, women are over 45 years old, and their continuous working years or working years are over 10 years;

3. Workers who have reached the age of 50 for men and 45 for women, with continuous working years or years 10, and have completely lost their ability to work as certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee;

4, work-related disability, proved by the hospital (workers and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee) completely lost the ability to work. According to the law, if an employee is identified as a first-class or fourth-class disability due to work, he/she will retain his/her labor relationship, quit his/her job and enjoy disability allowance on a monthly basis; Workers with work-related injuries who reach retirement age and go through retirement formalities will stop receiving disability allowance and enjoy basic old-age insurance benefits. If the basic old-age insurance benefits are lower than the disability allowance, the industrial injury insurance fund will make up the difference.

To sum up, the payment period of endowment insurance for rural registered employees has reached 15 years. As long as they reach the legal retirement age, they can go through retirement procedures on time like urban workers and receive basic pensions on a monthly basis. Rural hukou and urban hukou are not necessary for retirement, and different pension calculation and payment methods will not be implemented because of the different nature of hukou.

Article 1 of the Interim Measures of the State Council on Retirement and Resignation of Workers.

Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions.

(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years.

(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have reached the age of 55 for men and 45 for women, and have worked continuously for ten years.

This provision also applies to grassroots cadres whose working conditions are the same as those of workers.

(3) The male has reached the age of 50, the female has reached the age of 45, and has worked continuously for ten years, and has been certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, and has completely lost the ability to work.
