I've met many gay girls who look very girly. Their manners and voices are particularly like girls in the traditional sense, but they are still far from being pseudo-mothers, who usually can't tell at a glance that they are men. But the fake mother is not necessarily gay, but she may be a very straight man, just like this dress. It is not excluded that some pseudo-mothers are gay and some gay are pseudo-mothers. Most gay people I've met are still very masculine.
