Temperature affects the growth rate of mycelium, the ability of mycelium to decompose culture medium, the activity of mycelium secreting enzymes and the growth intensity of mycelium. In the production process of Ganoderma lucidum, too high culture temperature will lead to premature aging of strains, and too low culture temperature will lead to slow growth of mycelium, thus prolonging the production cycle. Therefore, it is an important job to adjust and maintain the appropriate temperature. Ganoderma lucidum is most suitable for growth at around 25℃.

(2) Ventilation conditions

Ganoderma lucidum is an aerobic bacterium in general, so attention should be paid to ventilation during cultivation. In addition to the bottle (bag) should not be too full, the upper part has a certain space conducive to growth, and there should be appropriate ventilation window, exhaust fan and other mechanical equipment for ventilation in the strain culture room. But ventilation and heat preservation are often a pair of contradictions, especially in cold winter. Ventilation will reduce the temperature of the culture room. In order to keep a certain ventilation in the room, the culture rack should not be overcrowded, and the strain bottles (bags) should be placed loosely. At the same time, the temperature at noon can be used for proper ventilation to facilitate the growth of Ganoderma lucidum strains.

(3) Humidity adjustment

Strain culture is to cultivate mycelium in a fixed container. As long as the humidity of the culture medium is appropriate, the humidity of the culture room can be easily controlled. Mainly based on natural conditions to prevent the breeding of miscellaneous bacteria with high humidity. You can sprinkle lime indoors regularly to absorb moisture and strengthen ventilation and dehumidification. In the later stage of culture, if the humidity is not enough, water can be sprayed in the culture room to increase the humidity.

(4) Lighting control

Generally, Ganoderma lucidum does not need light in the mycelium growth stage, but needs shading equipment, such as hanging curtains on doors and windows.

In a word, the temperature, humidity, air, light and other conditions in the culture room are interrelated. For example, outdoor temperature and humidity are lower than indoor, so ventilation will reduce indoor temperature and relative humidity; If the outdoor temperature is higher than the indoor temperature, ventilation and dehumidification will increase the indoor temperature. Therefore, temperature, humidity, air and light need to be considered comprehensively and adjusted appropriately to make it suitable for the growth and development of Ganoderma lucidum strains.
