Why does the school know that the canteen tastes bad but not improve it?

School canteens are basically contracted out and operated by other units. Even if leaders or teachers know that the food is not delicious, they can't improve it. As a leader, what you can do is to communicate with the relevant person in charge in many ways, so that the other party can improve their taste more, but there are not many things that can actually be changed. After all, there are too many cooks and a heavy workload.

The problem with the canteen is not that the school does not improve, but that the school is powerless. It is not easy to change it by contracting it out.
