Although there are some minor faults in the supply process, it is supplied on site.

2. On the premise of ensuring quality, adopt reasonable mix design to improve concrete quality.

In XX years, the national concrete market faced the situation of tight supply of materials, generally rising prices and difficult procurement. In order to cooperate with the material department to replace raw materials at any time and solve the pressure of untimely supply of raw materials, our station has taken measures to strengthen raw material testing and strengthen the mix design of new raw materials, which has met the requirements of different mix design of different raw materials. Especially for mass concrete such as floor slab, we communicated with the construction site in the early stage and adopted 28-day concrete strength evaluation, which not only reduced the amount of cement in concrete, but also met the hydration heat problem of mass concrete, and was widely recognized by the supplied projects.

3. Reorganize the organization in the station and assign posts to each post in the station.

In XX years, in order to reduce the labor cost in the unilateral cost of concrete, the reform of one person with many functions was carried out. Safety in production is the eternal theme of enterprises. I believe that XX will be a memorable year for our people, and the painful lesson of the catastrophic fire accident in Shanghai is a profound lesson for Chinese enterprises. So how can we better control the settlement and how can we control the settlement loss within 2%? In XX, we had a preliminary discussion with the materials department. Since this hot potato is in our hands, how to keep this hot potato from burning our hands has become the key to the problem. It was formed through preliminary discussion. We collected sand and weighed the stones. It is believed that in the next XX years, through the continuous communication and control between ministry of materials and equipment and the mixing station, the settlement problem will be investigated and the settlement loss will be controlled within 2.0%.

First of all, in terms of production:

Under the leadership of the department manager, the production department has solved the difficulties of large personnel flow, many new people and few people. Through the efforts of all staff, the annual production task was successfully completed. Due to the characteristics of our industry, the working hours are unstable and last for a long time. It is difficult for new dispatchers, telephone operators and contract workers to adapt to the new arrival time, and the work pressure is relatively high, but they can adapt as soon as possible and try their best to do their jobs well. Although there are also complaints from the construction site, they can all find ways to remedy them and learn lessons in time so as to improve in future work. Dispatching room is the key link of the company's production control center, which plays the role of internal and external contact. Because there are many newcomers and lack of experience, they can't communicate well with construction units and personnel, and sometimes they don't reach the designated position. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the study of professional ethics, improve the professional level, reasonably arrange the construction site and production tasks, and improve the service quality. Operator is an important link in production. Over the past year, he has been able to operate carefully and input the formula carefully, and there has been no wrong typing of materials, which has put an end to the emergence of unqualified products. The disadvantage is that there are many landing materials in the process of material typing, so we should learn from experience and strengthen our sense of responsibility in future work. The personnel in the equipment maintenance class have paid a lot of sweat. Due to the aging of equipment and the high mobility of maintenance personnel this year, two electric drum were rebuilt with fewer personnel and heavy maintenance tasks. After several months' good operation, the breakdown was reduced, the service life of the equipment was prolonged, the maintenance cost was saved for the company, and the labor intensity of the maintenance personnel was also reduced. Mechanical failure is mainly due to failure to carry out maintenance as planned, poor environmental sanitation, objective factors or insufficient subjective initiative. In the future, we should first make a good departmental work plan, strengthen the inspection of safety, equipment and hygiene, strengthen the skills learning of all employees (especially those in the dispatching room), improve the level of business control, rationally plan and arrange production, and do a good job in communication with relevant parties to avoid and reduce unnecessary losses and customer complaints.

Second, the vehicle management department closely focused on the company's central tasks in 20xx, conscientiously implemented the responsibilities and objectives of the department, worked hard in unity, sought truth from facts, pioneered and innovated, and successfully completed various tasks throughout the year. Focus on the following aspects:

1. According to the company's requirements, drivers' meetings will be held in the middle and late of each month to learn and convey the company's relevant policies and some new requirements.

Drivers who don't perform well during work, such as those who often leave without asking for leave, will be punished resolutely.

3. Strengthen the tracking of the purchase of vehicle oil and spare parts tires, ensure the timely purchase of vehicle oil and spare parts, and also ensure the company's production and transportation needs.

4. Insist on checking the capacity, appearance and hygiene of the concrete mixer every day, and give informed criticism and punishment to drivers with poor vehicle maintenance.

5. According to the shortage of drivers, cooperate with the administrative department to do a good job in driver recruitment. Five people resigned voluntarily during the year, and X people who were recruited were allowed to get on the bus after examination.

6. In order to ensure the normal operation of vehicles, the annual review procedures can be completed in time for vehicles whose quarterly and annual reviews have expired, and the illegal vehicles and drivers can be handled xx times, the accident scene can be handled, and insurance company claims can be handled x times.
