Sade is a land-based theater anti-missile system under the US Missile Defense Agency and the US Army, generally referred to as Sade anti-missile system.

Terminal high altitude area defense is the predecessor of theater high altitude area defense system, which ended in many failures. In 2004, the US Army redesigned the system and changed its name to its current name, similar to the Navy's Aegis combat system. It consists of command system, interception system, launching system, radar and its supporting equipment. From June 5438 to October 2007 10, the terminal high altitude area defense successfully completed the interception test outside the atmosphere at the US Pacific missile range.

In order to prevent North Korea's military action, South Korea asked the United States to deploy Sadr missiles on its own territory, because South Korea and the United States are military alliances. At present, there are two factions in Korea. One faction demands to defend territorial security, resist the North Korean threat, support the deployment of Sadr missiles, and Korean nationals can also get security guarantees. The other faction opposes the deployment of Sadr, because China's opposition to Sadr missiles will cause losses to the domestic economy, so it imposed some sanctions on South Korea, especially some businessmen in South Korea who have foreign trade cooperation with China opposed the deployment of Sadr.
