The thick walls are completely isolated from the noise of the world, and the high watchtowers make people feel inexplicable awe. Especially when the sunset falls on the thick brick wall, as long as you close your eyes a little, it seems that time and space are reversed, and mysterious symbols such as Li Yuanhao, Thangka, Tibetan scriptures and Buddhist paintings quickly flash through your mind.

Together with Huguo Temple in Liangzhou (now Wuwei, Gansu Province) and Lying Buddha Temple in Ganzhou (now Ganzhou District, Zhangye, Gansu Province), they are famous Buddhist shrines in Xixia. Ningxia museum

Originally located in Chengtian Temple, there are exhibitions of Ningxia Revolution History, Xixia History, Helan Mountain Rock Painting Exhibition, Hui Folk Custom Exhibition, etc. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit with strict restrictions on development and reconstruction, covering an area of only 7,400 square meters. For a long time, because of the narrow space, the old museum in Ningxia not only made many "nowhere" cultural relics lose the opportunity to exhibit, but also limited the audience reception capacity of the old museum. At the same time, due to the strict restrictions on the reconstruction of the old museum, many modern equipment are inconvenient to install, which has a great impact on the maintenance and preservation of cultural relics.

The newly-built Ningxia Museum covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters and receives about 2,000 visitors a day. The new museum is built in strict accordance with the standards of modern museums, and its hardware has reached the first-class level in China. Another striking thing is that after the opening of the new Ningxia Museum, it will pay more attention to the public service function to the society and will be open to the whole society permanently and free of charge. There are many exhibits and national treasures appear. In order to welcome the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Autonomous Region and fully display the historical features of Ningxia, Ningxia Museum not only took out many cultural relics from the "wardrobe", but also invited a number of cultural relics closely related to Ningxia's history from other places. Most notably, the Ningxia Museum will exhibit six national treasures represented by "gilded bronze bulls", while many cultural relics that were difficult to see visitors for various reasons and some newly unearthed cultural relics will "debut" at the same time when the new Ningxia Museum opens. It is reported that more than 4,000 cultural relics are expected to be exhibited this time, including 6 national treasures and more than 0/00 national first-class cultural relics. It can be said that quantity is greater than quality.

In addition to the above-mentioned attractions, Yinchuan also has tourist attractions (spots) such as Helan Mountain Roll Horn, Huangyuting, Najiahu Mosque, Huaxia Rare Art City and Yinchuan Nanxun Gate (South Gate) for tourists to visit.
