This week, the school organized us to do football practice.

In physical education class, every student brought a football. There are white, black, red and yellow colors. Colored football is like a big candy, very beautiful. We are all curious, what is the football games like?

The teacher arranged our class into four rows, and together with other classes, began to learn to do football practice. The teacher first told us how to hold the ball with both hands, and then showed us as he spoke. We imitate the teacher's movements and do it slowly with the beat. The first beat is to hold the football with both hands, put it on your chest, shake your arms up and down, and stand on tiptoe, "one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight". After one beat, straighten your arm, make the next beat, then raise the ball over your head, stand on tiptoe and make another beat. "Hehe" We thought it was difficult to do football practice, but we didn't expect it to be so simple. I am complacent.

The fun is yet to come! The action behind is a bit difficult. Hold the ball with both hands and throw it hard from bottom to top left. The ball can't be released yet. Many students did this action and the ball fell to the ground. We dare not laugh if we want to, and the teacher is watching. We just practiced this movement, and everyone didn't do it neatly The student ball often "fights" with the left and right balls, which is a bit messy. It's really fun.

Once, when I threw the ball to the right with both hands, I accidentally flew out and fell to the ground. I quickly picked it up, returned to my position, and hurried to keep up with the teacher's beat. My classmates are secretly laughing at me, too! But the teacher didn't find it, and he was secretly happy.

We also learned kicking, kicking, jumping, changing formation and other actions, and the students all practiced very seriously. After several classes, we learned a whole set of football exercises. After school, the whole school followed the beat "12345678", and the football jumped up and down in our hands, twitching and dancing happily, and the whole campus became a colorful ocean.

I like football, which not only brings us happiness, but also enriches our campus life and exercise.
