Can't learn Rubik's Cube because of mental problems?

This is not a stupid question, it is a question you don't understand. When you understand it, you will find it too simple.

Like turning white. First, put the Rubik's cube with a white center block on it, and then turn all four white sides down. Then turn it up one by one against the color of the side center block.
