How to make artificial voice similar to vibrato video?

Artificially shaking audio and video calls, as follows:

Tools: Huawei P30, EMUI9. 1.0.226, editing 4.3.0.

1. Open the newspaper clippings on your mobile phone and click Start Creation, as shown in the figure below.

2. After adding the video, click the text, as shown in the figure below.

3. Click New Text, as shown in the figure below.

4. After entering the text, click on the text to read aloud, as shown in the figure below.

5. After the text reading conversion is completed, click Export, as shown in the figure below.
