Why don't young people work for wages?

Young people should not work only for wages, for the following reasons:

1. Short-term benefits can't meet long-term needs: working for wages may give you some income temporarily, but if your career development is limited, your long-term needs will not be met. In the long run, you need to consider your career development, personal growth and economic freedom.

2. Salary can't reflect your value: Salary can only reflect the value of your work, but it can't reflect your full value. Your work experience, skills and creativity should also be taken into account. If you only pay attention to salary, you may ignore your other values and affect your career development.

3. Salary can't solve the pressure of life: Young people often have to face the pressure of life, such as rent, food, entertainment and so on. However, relying solely on wages cannot solve these problems. You need other sources of income to relieve financial pressure. If you work only for salary, you may get into financial trouble.

Salary can't make you do what you are really interested in: working for salary may make you lose your enthusiasm and interest in your work. If you don't like your job, your work efficiency and achievements will be affected. Therefore, it is more important to find a job that you are really interested in and pursue it than simply pursuing salary.

5. Wages can't guarantee stability: Although a stable job can bring people a sense of security, in today's society, many industries and enterprises are changing very fast, and the risk of unemployment is also increasing.
