After working for several years, I saw the ceiling of my career and thought of many ways, but still couldn't break through. Maybe this is a good way.

I majored in logistics management. After graduating from school, I went to a logistics company and was just an ordinary warehouse manager.

Because I had just entered the society, I didn’t know much about the results of promotion within the company. After working in that company for more than half a year, I realized that there was no way to advance.

There are only 4 leadership positions in the branch office, and all the leaders are very young. There is no question of retirement or who will replace you. There are some old employees who have worked for seven or eight years. He's just an employee. .

When I discovered this problem, I felt that I couldn’t stay in this company anymore. There seemed to be no point in staying any longer. Every day’s work was repetitive, and I had basically learned it.

In the foreseeable few years, it is completely impossible to get a promotion or a salary increase. If you just get this dead salary every month, you will definitely live in poverty in the future.

I still resigned from this company and changed my job to a relatively large logistics company in China. Although I am only a junior employee, I have good promotion channels and will definitely make progress in the next few years.

After working in this company for two and a half years, I myself have changed from an ordinary employee to a department manager, and my salary has also been greatly improved.

But at this time, I discovered my career ceiling again. In a situation like mine, if you want to be promoted to a senior manager, there is no hope without more than 5 years of work experience.

But if I continue to stay in this company for 5 years, I will have missed the best rising period in this industry due to my age.

I was really confused at the time. I didn’t know whether I should continue working in the company. I wasn’t sure what the future would be like, and I wasn’t sure what choice was right for me.

I still chose to resign at that time. Although I am not doing as well as I did back then, I have never regretted it. Instead of hanging around in a company with no prospects, I would rather change my environment and see things as I go. Hope to find my own way.

No job is without grievances. I have never thought about resigning because of my own preferences. I would leave this company every time because I couldn't see the way forward.

It’s meaningless to say too much. Everyone’s life path is chosen by themselves. Just stick to the path you choose.
