Terraria Snowman Legion Event

Snowman Legion is a hard mode event. During this time, unique Yeti enemies spawn and swarm towards the player's spawn point, much like the Goblin Army (although much more difficult). The Snowman Legion can only be triggered by the player by using the Snow Sphere. After defeating it, the player will be rewarded with the Santa Claus NPC.

Summoning conditions

The Snowman Legion must be summoned using a snow globe. The snow globe can be obtained in the Christmas season event (December 15-31) and must be in a hard mode world. Get the snow globe.

Unlike the Goblin Army, the Yeti Army can only be spawned by the player using the Snow Sphere. The Yeti Legion will never invade on their own.

After being defeated, the Santa Claus NPC can move in and move into an empty house, but will only appear from December 15th to 31st.

It is not necessary to summon the Snowman Legion in a hard mode world, or to get the Santa Claus NPC, but in order Hard mode is necessary to get the snow globe that summons it. Initial event

The event ends when the player defeats all the snowmen in the legion. The size of the Yeti Legion is based on the number and lives of existing players in the world. There are 80 basic snowmen, and each player with HP greater than or equal to 200 will get 40 more snowmen. In single-player mode, the Yeti Legion has 120 snowmen, however in an 8-player game, if each player has 200 HP or more, 400 snowmen will appear. If there are a maximum number of 255 players with more than 200 lives, the maximum number of Yetis in an invasion is 10,280.

When the last wave of snowmen appears on the screen, a message will be displayed saying that the snowman army has been defeated!, and the theme music will return to normal.

Snowmen will overwrite enemies in existing biomes in the same way as meteor monsters and goblin armies.

The Yeti Legion does not prevent other events, so you may end up fighting the Yeti Legion and a boss at the same time. It is possible for a blood moon to occur during a Yeti invasion, but the monsters associated with it will only spawn after the Yeti invasion is defeated.

If you happen to be at the bottom of the ocean when the Yeti Legion approaches, the first wave of Yeti will spawn underwater. Subsequent waves will only spawn when you return to the world spawn point.
