In recent years, Chery has become increasingly poor. It has been many years, but it still relies on Tiggo and QQ for sales, and other sales are not mentioned. It was once said that "having more children will lead to more fights" has become a joke in the industry. The Ruiqi brand, which has been vigorously developed, has single-digit sales. Looking at Geely, Great Wall and BYD, Geely has gained a firm foothold by relying on the good reputation of the Emgrand series. The 6AT it acquired has also been mass-produced. Great Wall's H-series SUVs are booming, and C-series sedans have a good reputation. After a slump, BYD is now relying on speed. Star models such as Chery have also begun to gradually stabilize.

The only difference between Chery and Geely, Great Wall and BYD is that Chery is a state-owned enterprise, while the latter three are private companies. As someone who has worked in a state-owned enterprise, I know that in a fully competitive industry, state-owned enterprises have no future. The biggest problem is: the selfishness of the leader! The company is not mine. A good company does not mean that the leadership is good. The starting point of the leadership is that I can get benefits. There are also concerns about state-owned enterprises that have nothing to do with the government. At the beginning of the establishment of the company, it is of course a good thing to get support and funding from the government. But it is also a burden. To give an obvious example: the local mayor introduced a supporting company to Chery. Would Chery dare not use it? Private companies are different. The company belongs to me. We all work together to make the company a success!

Chery is large and comprehensive, but currently it is not leading. Repeated losses in marketing have made everyone forget that Chery was the first independent manufacturer to invest in technology research and development.

However, in terms of car manufacturing, Chery is indeed experienced in the manufacturing and design of entry-level models. It's a pity that if you can build it, you can't sell it.

The general manager of Chery Sales Company, Huang Huaqiong Toilet Paper, was replaced by Gao Xinhua, who was engaged in scientific research. This was not in line with the personnel transfer. Later, some people said that Gao Xinhua was unwilling to take over as general manager at that time, but Chen Anning, another big shot at Chery, wanted to see him make a fool of himself, so Gao Xinhua was helpless. Chen Anning was originally responsible for Ford's business director and global project director, but when he came to Chery, he did not concentrate on technology research and development. This made people feel that talents were not maximized.

Fortunately, Chery has learned experience from the sales chaos caused by frequent personnel changes. Now it has started a new product pricing strategy. I believe it will get better and better one day.
