Academy of social sciences level

China Academy of Social Sciences is the highest academic institution and comprehensive research center for philosophy and social sciences research in China. It is a ministerial organization directly under the State Council. The current president and party secretary is Chen, who is the vice chairman of China People's Political Consultative Conference and a vice-national level.
