What does the "dung-stirring stick" often mean?

Dorobou, originally a stick used by farmers to stir hair and feces, aims to mix the precipitated human feces and urine evenly and water crops, especially vegetable crops. As the saying goes, every flower of crops depends on fertilizer.

Later, the word "trick-or-treating stick" was extended to a person who likes to make trouble, stinks everywhere and turns good things into bad things. This is a metaphor, referring to a person who fiddles with whether to make things worse and worse. The original intention was neither good nor bad, but later it became a derogatory term.
