Finally, developers and people with many houses told them that they should combine the intermediary service fee of 60 thousand yuan with the total house price and enter a total house price invoice, which is reflected in the total house price. We reluctantly agreed and paid the down payment.

Later, I paid all the house payment and came to the developer to change the invoice of the total house payment. I told us that there was no invoice for the service fee of 60,000 yuan, and I didn't make an invoice with the total house payment. We feel very angry. This is blatant tax evasion and commercial fraud. Before paying the down payment, I was induced, cheated and intimidated by the sales staff of the developer once, and this time I was beaten by them.

From this perspective, Beijing-Tianjin New Town-Shangjing Jiayuan's real estate sales is a joke! This behavior of Hesheng Real Estate is tax evasion and violates national laws, but they are calm and have no guilt.

Second, close the house.

When I closed the house on the spot, I found the following disgusting things:

1. The developer forces the owner to pay the property fee and heating fee for one year before seeing the house.

Hesheng real estate developers collected heating fees, but did not start heating on the heating date stipulated by the government; And refused to provide a heating bill. I heard that this place is not municipal heating, and it has not been verified.
