As a teacher, we should put into practice with a solid style, maintain a positive and healthy psychological quality, and gradually form a comprehensive quality of skillfully borrowing external forces, so that our work, life and life are always in the state of research, and life is in the process of continuous exploration and pursuit.

Through training, I deeply realized that we must actively strengthen curriculum reform and be practitioners of curriculum reform. Although the curriculum reform is still in the exploratory stage, many unknown fields need to be explored and summarized by teachers. It is recognized that every teacher should actively participate in the curriculum reform instead of being a bystander, but should push the curriculum reform in the right direction. In the days to come, I will continue my theoretical knowledge, guide teaching practice with theory, study and explore the laws of education and teaching, combine scientific research with teaching, and become an expert and scholar-type teacher, so as to make myself forward-looking in teaching knowledge. Only in this way can we cultivate students who are "discovery-oriented, invention-oriented, creative and innovative" in the new period. I believe this training will be helpful to my future education and teaching. I will continue to work hard and devote myself to education and teaching.
