Now I am working hard on my second small goal: to meet more people and learn to communicate and talk with them in a friendly manner.

Of course you don't have to follow my goals. You should tailor the first one to your own situation, which is not difficult but requires determination. Just a small goal that can make you better. Don't think about reaching the sky in one step. We are not as good as those great gods. We are ordinary people, so we move forward at our own pace.

After achieving the first goal, you will initially find the confidence you want, and then set a second goal. Then the third, the fourth, slowly completing them bit by bit. Try not to compare yourself with others. Everyone has his own life. No one will point at you all the time and laugh at you for walking slowly.
