Therefore, Aisin gearbox is still one of the safest choices for independent brands to reflect the reliability of core components. However, domestic manufacturers have chosen the combined assembly method, with high/large displacement vehicles matching Aisin 8AT gearbox, and low/small displacement vehicles equipped with CVT gearbox or dual clutch gearbox with lower cost, which is more conducive to the cost control of sports vehicles.

On the other hand, although 6AT has better ride comfort and torque tolerance, compared with CVT gearbox and dual clutch gearbox, fuel consumption is always a big problem. At present, the main sales models of many manufacturers are equipped with small displacement engines or three-cylinder engines, which actually require higher fuel consumption. Aisin 6AT gearbox basically has no advantages, and the purchase cost is high, and sometimes it is worried that the supply can't keep up, so many domestic manufacturers adopt CVT gearbox and dual clutch gearbox with lower cost but better fuel consumption.
