What's the difference between "peaceful reunification" and "peaceful reunification"?

At present, there is little difference between the two. But the most accurate expression is "peaceful reunification and one country, two systems", and so is the official expression. There is a simple reason. Only after peaceful reunification can one country, two systems be implemented. If it is not peaceful reunification, Beijing has never promised to continue to implement the policy of one country, two systems. On the other hand, according to Beijing, the status quo on both sides of the strait is that there is one China that has never changed, and the two sides of the strait are indeed two systems. Therefore, "one country, two systems, peaceful reunification" is at least problematic in expression.
