Zhou Libo was born on April 22, 1967 in Huangpu District, Shanghai. His ancestral home is Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. He is the founder, host and actor of Shanghai Style Qingkou.

In 2000, he guest-starred in the sitcom "A Troubled Family", playing the role of Zhou Kai.

In 2006, he founded Shanghaipai Qingkou together with Guan Dongtian.
