Amazon India cartoon box requirements

The cartoon box requirements of Amazon India Station are as follows.

1. carton size:

(1) The box size of North America Station, Europe Station, China East Station, Indian Station, Australian Station and Singapore Station cannot exceed 63.5 cm on any side, unless the size of a single piece of goods itself exceeds 63.5cm. A single carton with a size exceeding 63.5cm must be placed on a pallet, unless the carton size of a single shipment exceeds the standard pallet size.

(2) The size standard of the outer box of Japan Railway Station shall not exceed 60cm x 50cm x 50cm. Choose the size of the carton to ensure the least space left after the goods are put in. Don't send cartons the same size as pallets.

2. The weight and label requirements of cartons:

(1) The weight of a single carton in North America Station, Australia Station and Singapore Station shall not exceed 23kg at most (the market is generally limited to 22.5kg). If the weight of the goods sold in a single piece exceeds 23kg, a label of "Team Lifting" should be clearly attached to the carton, indicating that team operation is required; If the weight of the box exceeds 45kg, the label "Mech Lift" should be clearly attached to the carton, indicating that it needs to be handled by machine.

(2) The weight of single container in Europe Station and Zhongdong Station shall not exceed 23KG at most. If the weight of the goods sold in a single piece exceeds 15kg, the label of "team promotion" should be clearly attached to the carton. If the weight of the box exceeds 23kg, a label of "Mech Lift" should be clearly attached to the carton, indicating that it needs to be handled by machine.

(3) The requirement of Japan Station is that the packing weight of cartons should not exceed 40KG at most. If the weight of the goods sold in a single piece exceeds 15kg, the label of "team promotion" shall be clearly affixed to the carton; If the box weighs more than 30kg, a label of "Mech Lift" should be clearly attached to the carton, indicating that it needs to be transported by machine.

(4) The weight of a single carton in India Station is no more than 22.5kg at most, but India Station is special. If Amazon comes to pick up the goods, the weight of a single box should be less than 18 kg, and the box size should not exceed 70 cm x 70 cm x 45 cm. If the weight of goods sold in a single piece exceeds 18kg, a label of "Team Lifting" shall be clearly affixed on the carton, indicating that team operation is required; If the box weighs more than 30kg, a label of "Mech Lift" should be clearly attached to the carton, indicating that it needs to be handled by machine.
