The traffic situation in Chibi is worrying!

As a person who cares about the development of Chibi, I want to talk about the traffic situation in Chibi. Chibi, as a county-level city in Hubei Province, enjoys excellent traffic location. The largest railway in China is also the backbone of China railway network-Jingguang Railway runs through chibi city, and the first traffic artery in China-National Highway 107 runs through Chibi, which is the busiest expressway in China. Only Xiaogan, Wuhan and Xianning in Hubei Province have such great traffic advantages, and only Chibi in these cities is a county-level city. The Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway is far from other Xiaogan and Xianning. As a county-level city, Chibi enjoys the transportation treatment of prefecture-level cities, even better than prefecture-level cities. Chibi has such a good traffic advantage that it attracts people from Chongyang, Jiayu, Honghu and Tongcheng to come to Chibi for train or business activities. It is the largest city and central city in the Pan-Chibi area (including chibi city, Chongyang County, Nanjiayu, Nanhonghu and Tongcheng). The population of Pan-Chibi area is about 2 million, 7,000 square kilometers, which is almost equivalent to the size of a medium-level city. Because of this, together with national and provincial enterprises and institutions in Chibi, the population of chibi city in 2009 reached 250,000, with a floating population of 60,000-70,000, and the urban area was about 26 square kilometers. The county-level cities in Hubei are second only to Xiantao, and are similar to many weak prefecture-level cities such as Huanggang and Xiaogan.

Historically, Chibi has always been a prosperous city in southern Hubei. During the Republic of China, it was the resident of Hubei No.1 Inspector District, which was equivalent to the current prefecture-level city. It is the political, economic and cultural center of southern Hubei, which was once brilliant. Chibi has maintained its leading position in southern Hubei for a long time. 1965, Hubei established Xianning area, which was separated from Xiaogan area and set up Xianning county. This action is a turning point in the fate of Chibi, which has affected the positioning and development of Chibi for quite some time to come. Why is the headquarters of the SAR located in Xianning instead of Puyin, the strongest economy in southern Hubei at that time? Xianning's economy lags far behind Puyin. At that time, Xianning County was located in the geographical center of Xianning Special Zone, including Xianning County, Puyin County, Jiayu County, Tongshan County, Chongyang County, Tongcheng County, Yangxin County, Sun Yicheng County and Wuchang County, so it was once merged into Puyin. Now, things are different. Sun Yicheng County, Wuchang County and Yangxin County have been included in Xianning, and Xianning City is the geographical center of the whole Xianning area. The real geographical center lies between Guantang in Chibi and China and Hong Kong, which is closer to chibi city than Xianning. Originally, when Xianning was founded in 1999, it proposed to move the prefecture-level city to Chibi, but for various reasons, it was not realized, resulting in Xianning's administrative center in Xian 'an and economic and trade center in Chibi. However, the gap between Xian 'an and Chibi is narrowing, because the administrative center has been located in Xian 'an for many years, and various resources have been artificially concentrated in Xian 'an.

1, Railway Station: Chibi Railway Station has always been the railway station with the largest passenger flow in southern Hubei, and its tourism scope comes from five counties and cities in Pan-Chibi area, which has always been larger than Xianning Railway Station. But because Xianning is a prefecture-level city, there are more trains stopping in Xianning than Chibi Railway Station. If it were not for the influence of Xianning, the number of stops at Chibi Railway Station would greatly increase, approaching Yueyang, with 50 or 60 trips. If Xianning is not the seat of a prefecture-level city, the number of train stops at Xianning Railway Station is estimated to be when the country built the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway in 2005. Xianning only planned Chibi Station (secondary station) and did not have Xianning Station (because Xianning Station needed to turn eastward), but Xianning was unwilling to do so and tried its best to win it. Not only did the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway turn to Xianning to set up a station (the original straight-line scheme was Wuhan (the first stop)-Jingjiayu (no station).

2. Hangrui Expressway: The original planned route of Hangrui Expressway is "Jiujiang-Yangxin-Chongyang-Chibi to Beijing-Zhuhai", from Chibi to Honghu via Chibi Yangtze River Bridge to Xiantao in Jianghan Plain, and then to Shanghai Expressway. (In this way, Chibi has become a "cross" hub to communicate Jianghan Plain, north and south, and east and west passages. At that time, "Chibi News" reported this matter and demanded to do a good job of land acquisition in Chibi section of Hangrui Expressway. However, I didn't expect Tongcheng County to report to the province many times, saying that "most cars in the Chibi section of the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway need Hangrui to go to Yueyang through Tongcheng". In the end, Hangrui Expressway suddenly diverted to Tongcheng and bypassed Chibi. When I saw the news that "Hangrui Expressway" was diverted to Tongcheng, I thought it would be between Chongyang and Chibi (that is, along the provincial road 106 to Tongcheng). I think it's ok. If it's from Chibi and Chongyang to Tongcheng (it should be near Pufang), the Hangrui Expressway on Chibi is not too far, but I can't find the final direction map. After many searches, the direction of Hangrui Expressway was finally found in the latest atlas published in June 5438 +2009 10. After a careful look, I didn't expect to go to the east of Chongyang, so it would be much farther to take the Hangrui Expressway from Chibi to Chongyang County and then take the expressway. I just want to ask the leaders of Chibi: The Hangrui Expressway was robbed by Tongcheng, why can't even get the pass between Chibi and Chongyang? )

3. Chibi Yangtze River Bridge: Chibi Yangtze River Bridge is said to have been built in 1994, and it has been 17 years now. In 2003, I saw on many websites that the headquarters of "Chibi Yangtze River Bridge News" was established, with an investment of 4 billion yuan (you are now searching for the news of "Chibi Yangtze River Bridge" and Hubei Daily at that time, and I am really happy to see this news. However, just as the bridge was about to start construction, Jianli County hurriedly reported to the province and the Central Development and Reform Commission to let the Yangtze River Bridge be built in Jianli. At that time, NDRC people thought it was a joke. "A county should also build the Yangtze River Bridge?" But it's such a joke. I didn't expect Jianli people to tackle key problems in the central government for a long time and come up with various data to prove that the traffic volume of Jianli Yangtze River Bridge is more than that of Chibi, which simply takes away the fat of Chibi. The defeat of Jianli Yangtze River Bridge did not awaken Chibi people. Now Wuhan will bridge the Outer Ring Expressway, build the Yangtze River Bridge to Xiantao and enter Jianghan Plain. Originally, this was a rare opportunity in Chibi, but it backfired, making a city just take Jiayu and connect Xianning through administrative power. Seeing that the Jiayu Yangtze River Bridge is about to start construction, I was thinking that if it is built between Chibi and Jiayu (that is, between Shenshan Town of Chibi or Jiayushu Bridge), it can also reduce a little regret for Chibi, because then Chibi, Jiayu and Xianning can all use this expressway), so I searched the place where the Great Outer Ring Expressway of Wuhan City Circle passes Jiayu on the Internet. It goes north of Jiayu (that is, Pazhou Bay near Wuhan) instead of between Chibi and Jiayu, so people in Chibi have to go through Jiayu to get on the expressway, which is dozens of kilometers farther than the middle. Chibi Yangtze River Bridge has been planned for many years, but construction has never started. On the contrary, the "Xianjia Yangtze River Bridge" and "Xianjia Xianyang Expressway", which had no shadow before, arrived first. Why? .

4. Xianchongchi Expressway: Xianchongchi Expressway and Chibi Yangtze River Bridge were originally planned together, that is, several cities in Jianghan Plain were connected with Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and Ruihang Expressway at Chibi through Xianchongchi Expressway, so Chibi became a transportation hub in southern Hubei, but because the Yangtze River Bridge was transferred to Xianning, this transportation hub in southern Hubei was also handed over to Xianning. Fortunately, Chibi, without Xianhongchi Expressway, won the first-class highway from Chibi Town to chibi city under the care of Secretary He Guoqiang, and the Chibi Yangtze River Bridge was also put on the construction agenda of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, but the other section from chibi city to Chongyang has not been seen yet.

Xiantao Honghu Xianning Yangtze River Bridge passes Jiayu instead of Chibi, making Xianning a transportation center in southern Hubei. Chibi is marginalized and its traffic status is greatly reduced. The traffic in Chibi is very strong, but it is strong in the north-south direction and weak in the east-west direction. There is a ferry to Honghu Lake, and the radiation power of Honghu Lake is greatly reduced. There is only one provincial road to Chongyang, and its influence on Chongyang and Tongcheng is declining.

In order to develop, administrative division is an important obstacle. Xianning's weak city governs the strong city and competes with Chibi for resources, which seriously affects the development of Chibi. However, with the gradual implementation of the national policy of governing counties directly, this adverse effect may gradually weaken or even disappear. At the same time, the construction of Jingyue Railway will also divert some passenger flow from Honghu to Jingyue Railway. Chibi should now strive to improve its internal strength, speed up its development, minimize its administrative influence, and strive for construction:

1. "Chibi Yangtze River Bridge" and "Xianhongchi Expressway" connecting Jianghan Plain will be launched as soon as possible, so don't always stay in the planning;

2. Plan and build the "Chichong Expressway" connecting Beijing-Zhuhai and Hangrui as soon as possible to counter the "Xian Tong Expressway" in Xianning;

3. As soon as possible, the "Wuhan-Xianyang Intercity Railway" will be extended to Chibi, and the long-term planning will be extended to Changsha, connecting "Wuhan City Circle and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration;

4. Jingzhou's newly planned "Changjing Railway Extension Line" strives to meet the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway at Chibi as soon as possible; Because this railway is planned to cross the Yangtze River from Honghu Lake, the Chibi Yangtze River Bridge is likely to be transformed into a highway-railway Yangtze River Bridge because of this railway, which is of great significance to Chibi traffic.

The state is planning to build the Yue-Jiu Railway (Jiujiang-Tongshan-Chongyang-Yueyang) from Yueyang to Jiujiang. Although this railway has been planned, it is unlikely to be diverted to Chibi, but we can upgrade and extend the Pufang Railway to the intersection of Chongyang and Yuejiu Railway in Chongyang, because this Pufang Railway will become "Jingguang and Yuejiu".

6. If Pufang Railway is successfully used to connect Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and Yuejin Railway, and then meet with the extension line of Changjing Railway, Chibi can apply to Guangzhou Railway Bureau to build Chibi South Railway Station at the southern suburb boundary of Chibi Railway Bureau (Chibi is the boundary between Wuhan Railway Bureau and Guangzhou Railway Bureau, and a county-level city has two railway bureaus under its special jurisdiction), so that Chibi has a new railway station.

7. The planned "Wuhan-Shenzhen New Expressway" strives for Scheme 1 "From Wuhan to Jiayu-via Chibi-to Tongcheng-to Shenzhen". The construction of this expressway straightened the line, but Xianning went straight to Jiayu to Wuhan, shortening the distance from Chibi to Wuhan. Don't take this expressway from Xianning again! ! ! The second plan is Wuhan-Xianning-Chongyang-Tongcheng-Shenzhen. The first plan must strive for success and win Xianning once!
