Moreover, due to the weight of water in the water tank, water pressure is formed. On the contrary, when the pipe is opened, the water originally stored on the roof will flow backwards. Sometimes it won't be discovered until the reverse flow, and the water meter will also reverse in this process, because the direction of the water flow is just the opposite.
