4. The circular traffic lights didn't avoid.

When a motor vehicle passes through a motor vehicle circular signal light or a right-turn yellow flashing light intersection, if the right-turn vehicle fails to avoid the green light to release pedestrians, it is deemed that the turning motor vehicle fails to let the straight-through vehicles and pedestrians go first! 200 yuan fined, deducted three points!

5. Failure to make concessions at the stop line
