Can the pension court enforce it?

According to the relevant provisions of the Reply of the Supreme People's Court Research Office on whether the retirement pension of retirees can be deducted to pay off debts in the execution procedure, the people's court has the right to require the pension issuing institution to deduct the remaining pension after reserving the necessary living expenses every month with reference to the relevant standards in the area where the person subjected to execution is located.
