The city "Huai 'an" is developing well. Huaian is located in the north-central part of Jiangsu Province, east of Jianghuai Plain. Located in the Yangtze River Delta, it is an important central city in northern Jiangsu and a city in Nanjing metropolitan area. Huaian has a history of more than 2200 years. The Qin Dynasty is located in this county, and there is a famous "Qingliangang Culture" site in the territory. It used to be the hub of grain transportation and salt transportation, with the governor's office of grain transportation and the governor's office of Jiangnan River. It was the hometown of Zhou Enlai, then the first Prime Minister of the State Council in The Politburo Standing Committee (PSC) and People's Republic of China (PRC), and Li Yuanchao, now a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and vice chairman of People's Republic of China (PRC).
