This is a pun. It should be a joke that Buddhists buy hot dogs. The joke I found was this:

A Buddhist went to a hot dog vendor and the vendor asked him, "Hey, buddy, what can I do for you?" .

"Let me be one with everything," the Buddhist replied.

It means give me a hot dog and all the side dishes. But one who has everything means the same thing in Buddhist language.

I really admit that I was wrong,

The same name is great compassion.

English version:

Really realize your mistakes.

Don't discuss other people's shortcomings.

The fault of others is only my own fault.
